We are looking for a fully bilingual and reliable Receptionist / Administration Assistant for our Cape Town office located in Tyger Valley.
The ideal candidate should be willing to learn and grow with our company, be a good team player and aim to exceed expectations.
- The candidate must be between 22 and 27 years old with outstanding communication skills
- Preferably have switchboard, reception and administration experience
- Administration, reception, legal or finance background will definitely be an advantage
- The candidate must be computer-literate (Microsoft Office Suite) and have excellent administration and organisational skills
- Salary range is market related
- Own transport is an advantage
Daily duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Operating the switchboard
- Contacting of corporate clients
- General administration functions within a sales and marketing (legal) environment
- General filing
- Typing and updating of client information and reports
