We are looking for a reliable Admin lady for our Pretoria Marketing office.
The ideal candidate should be presentable, pay attention to detail, be willing to learn and grow with our company and also be a good teamplayer.
- Preferably have 3-5 years administration related experience
- An admin related qualification together with legal or finance background will definitely be an advantage
- The candidate must be between 22 and 40 years old with outstanding administration skills
- Excellent typing skills will be an advantage
- Applicant must have good communication skills and be fluent in both Afrikaans and English
- The candidate must be fully computer-literate (Microsoft Office suite) and have excellent administration and organisational skills
- Own reliable transport is an advantage
Daily duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- General office and administration duties within a legal / marketing environment
- Client sales deal / contract file administration relating to a strong and vibrant marketing team
- Calculating and reporting turnover and commission spreadsheets
- Accuracy will be a vital requirement
- Contacting of corporate clients
- Salary range is market related
