We are looking for a reliable Admin assistant / receptionist for our Pretoria office.
The ideal candidate should be presentable, be willing to learn and grow with our company and be a good teamplayer.
- Preferably have 3-5 years administration related and reception experience
- An admin related diploma together with legal or finance background will definitely be an advantage
- The candidate must be between 22 and 27 years old with outstanding communication skills
- Excellent typing skills will be an advantage
- Applicant must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English
- The candidate must be fully computer-literate (Microsoft Office suite) and have excellent administration and organisational skills
- Own reliable transport is an advantage
Daily duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- General office and administration duties within a legal environment
- General typing and updating of client info and trust documentation
- General filing
- Operating the switchboard
- Contacting of corporate clients
- Salary range is market related
